Really?

With our current share price I would expect a first offer at that price, but not a sell out.

Even most of the insto's would hold out for more. That is just my gut feeling.

The lowest buy out price that I can imagine, mind you with current status - no change, is about 2.50 to 3$.

And that is some lousy and unhappy imagination.
