There are few buyers because those who believe are already in a state of hurt with little or no spare cash available.

And there are very few new investors because the hype about the region is muted due to lack of infrastructure, until government coughs up some juicy tid bit there will not be any newbies getting onto this train.

Many newbies need to be told by some respectable authority to invest before they will in this type of market and economy.

I know of a few who instead of investing in this type of venture, have gone into 'safe' mutual funds, and we all know about funds don't we.
