Hmmm. Gets me thinking, how close is Otter Rapids from the Ring.<p>
How about making a full connection from Nakina to Moose Factory and establish a route for our ore, or refined metal, to eastern America and Europe through Hudson's Bay.<p>

Aside, if they are willing to fund Moose to Otter then they must be more inclined to make a connection to the Ring because it not only means an expenditure, but after it, a huge return on investment through taxes.<p>

Where he is side tracked, in my opinion, is that he seems to put an emphasis on the native communities.<p>
His emphasis should be on providing road access to the Ring. Once that is in the works the natives should fall in line not due to give aways to cooperate but through real and valuable JOBS.
