Well Cleopatra, I was worrying about that, too, at first. But maybe they just can't prevent the share price from rising, and this is foreseen and included in the package. I imagined the deal is maybe that they get a first entry at a low price -- much too low in the eyes of earlier investors like us -- exactly because the next step will be more expensive for them. In sum then, it could work out as a fair deal for everybody.
