If you had 25 million shares of Noront at .86 cents plus cheap sweetener warrants would you want the price to go down?? I can't really think of anyone besides shorters who would want their investment to decrease in value. Also the only way Baosteel can increase their stake at this moment is to exercise the warrants which will also officially make them insiders and any intention of them acquiring more shares beyond that point will have a noticeable impact on the share price.
