With Boasteel's involvment and Cliffs already commited, things are about to move and Smeenk is seeing writing on the wall, so he is probably saying - 'Noront get a move on or we both will be swallowed up' with little to say about it.

The smaller companies have to merge or end up as dust in the wind.

At least he has the courage to say so.
