Noront could also be motivated to merge with KWG to have a foot in Cliffs door by cooperating to combine all the chromite in the Ring. Why have separate smelters and duplicating effort or have Noront's chromite sitting for decades.

Anyone seeing such positives for both companies about such a merge?
