KWG SP had a sudden 12% boost today, on a medium volume increase... May be related, maybe not...

However, I doubt that such an amount would be made available 'one shot' for this one part of Northern Ontario. Many other parts of ten-headed Country are starving for ionfrastructures money. I expect perhaps an incentive plan or program to give wings to a private/public project, but that kind of real money given up-front by Ottawa? Don't think so...

PS to Sum: Just have you make that encounter with a carafed pinot (an Oregon's Domaine Serene Evenstad would do very well for that matter), preferrably in good, smiling, bright company, sharing a simple filet mignon grilled by yourself and served rare... Top the piece of meat with slightly buttered chanterelles, cracked freshly grounded pepper idly sprinkled on the plate, grand-veneur gravy on the side, and, most importantly peremptorily after the markets are closed for the week-end... and you'll understand, my friend!
