Quite typical of the stock action here. News comes out....not mind blowing, but good nontheless. The immediate reaction is increased volume and a higher stock price.
Now, the motivation becomes to end the day in the negative......with the higher than normal volume.....thereby, creating the illusion that somehow the news fell well below expectations.
And all we can do, is watch it unfold....as it has so many times before.
So here's the strategy
It's all about accumulation....for a set % of shares....to the selected few. This could happen in two ways. One, retail finally gets fed up and sells their shares. And two, issue more shares to the insiders by way of stock options and grant PP's to a select few.
For those who think management is upset over the current stock price....take off your naive hat for a moment and reflect on all that has happened since this team took over. It is only through their complete cooperation that this can happen. And it is only through the complete lack of incompetence of our regulatory boards that things like this are allowed to happen....and it surely doesn't only happen here. This practice is unfortunately becoming quite rampant.
When RN was leading the charge....he had a personal interest....and that was reflected in the share price. Now....sadly....it's all about greed.
By the end of it all, there will be 1/2 billion shares o/s and retail will own very few of these
Only a few die hards will remain when these guys are finished.
