Liking Wes or not has little to do with the chinese.

They are as purely practical as anyone could be. As stated before, they are interested most of all in a secure source of raw materials and will pitch in $ wise only to the extent needed to guarantee that supply. That way their cash gets the most bang per buck.

The only way they would go all in towards ownership is when such a source is in danger of being lost and it is absolutely necessary to their plans.
