This is most annoying! A Cliff's Senior VP says the Company will seek an exemption from the Act and a Ministry spokesperson emails that the Ministry "does not deal in hypothetical sigutions". Why couldn't he/she just keep their mouth shut if they don't have anything sensible to contribute.
