I have very little faith that our federal government will do the right thing and keep all the smelting in Ontario. They will circumvent the law by giving exemptions to it where it benefits them and their buddies.

Perhaps we should make some of our own exemptions to federal laws - like taxes are not due on April 30th, we're making an exemption to that and will be extending this date. And as we don't deal with hypothetical dates, the new deadline date will be announced as soon as it is known.
