Have to disagree, Ed.
The greatest benefits of infrastructure will flow to local First Nations communities, who are funded principally by the feds. The end result will be far greater cost efficiencies for them. I could visualize as much as a 2-1 ratio between the feds and province. I suspect it is mostly resolved, at any rate, as per the feds encouraging Ontario to provide some adjustments to their power rates for the ROF projects.
News of some sort should be imminent, and I have encouraged the thought that there is something of importance to be disseminated. Recent calls to folks that I tend to rely on for info seem to be losing a bit of their optomism though, and it would not surprise me to be completely wrong one more time.
Best regards
K
