The market is partly responsible for our share price but it has little to do (and perhaps nothing ) with the projection being pushed to later dates.
The projection is pushed back because the expected evaluations, permits, announcements and financing for infrastructure from Ontario government for further progress, is missing.

Noront can not move much forward without that, so what ever date it is, it is highly dependent on the above.
