K with respect, the piece had alot of political retoric and under tone in it. We have had a lot of recently. Often politicans stray from the fact to make a loose political score. I was more asking: this 'meeting' - with who?; '2016- a range suggested rather than a 'change' perhaps?. I agree totally with you that project time targets are simply adminsitrative to a fluid/developing project plan. They could as readily shorten as time progresses. Still, my question remains. Nice for our comany to confirm such things particularily if we ask them, imo.
