This is relevant to NOT, for sure. The possibility of a railway to the Ring, paid for by someone other than NOT, can only be good for the economics of all mines in the area, including NOTs

I don't know the cost of NOTs proposed road & pipeline, but a railway there within a short time frame will change everything for the whole Ring of Fire. CLF seems to want to proceed with that as soon as possible.
