I wonder how much chrome ore could be transported over the 90 km ice road to a holding yard so that it could be transported out through out the rest of the year along the all season road. A stockpile 90km away from a mine is not unheard of in mining. A lot of ore could be moved in a month or two. Bao steel will want its ore to be specificaly made for them and with just one customer taking Noronts chrome it is simple to keep a supply chain.
