From what you are saying about buying FNC claims, you believe owning the mineral rights includes a right to refuse transit over the property. Several subsquent posters also comment on the difficulty or otherwise of "buying" these claims.

Am I incorrect in believing there is no problem in transiting claimed property so long as you do not interfere with works erected by the claim holder? This issue, of course, will have considerable significance in the ROF, congested with claims as it is.
