My first inclination was to remove this post, for obvious reasons, but decided to comment instead.

Traplines are a renewable resource? Jeez, what planet are you from.

Leaving behind a polluted wasteland? Double jeez, as above.

Gone for good, along with jobs (on traplines?)? Triple Jeez.

As previously mentioned. one should review Robert Service's written accounts of his travels across northern Alberta enroute to the Yukon 115 years ago.
