In reply to;

"How about the rail line?":

"The rail line it appears will be private, owned by Cliffs and available to other users for a user fee. Perhaps part owners with the said new Ports Corp."

-Reply: Owned by Cliff's? Does KWG not have a say in that? It is my understanding that KWG has mineral claims covering the company's 308 KM long railroad right of way to the ROF region as described in excerpts from the following news releases. Now, Cliff's may be contesting that but to say that the railroad will be private and owned by Cliff's is premature, in my opinion. And, I think that it will eventually be owned by the First Nations.

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- The KWG Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KWG) ("KWG") subsidiary Canada Chrome Corporation has filed applications with the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) for thirty-two aggregate permits at sites that are located within the mineral claims covering the company's 308 kilometre-long railroad right-of-way. The sites were identified and investigated by Golder Associates during initial assessment work conducted for engineering feasibility studies as previously reported. The sites are located along the proposed route for KWG's railway to the Ring of Fire region, and may provide material for the construction of the planned railbed.

MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2011) - KWG Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KWG) is very pleased to announce that Her Worship Chief Theresa Okimaw-Hall has been appointed Executive Director of Canada Chrome Corporation ("CCC"). CCC is the wholly-owned subsidiary of KWG which has staked a corridor of claims from the Ring of Fire to Exton, Ontario and is assessing those for the construction of a railroad.

On June 30, 2011 the Greenstone Economic Development Corporation ("GEDC") and CCC filed a proposal with PPP Canada in response to its Round 3 Request for Proposals, suggesting a loan guarantee for the last 25% of the estimated cost of constructing the railroad would lower the project's funding costs. The proposal outlined a long term plan for the First Nations of the James Bay Lowlands to be vested with ownership of the railroad in consideration of their consent to its construction within their traditional lands.
