That means that KWG thinks it owns surface rights on their claims. Thinking is one thing, making so is another.
I am most curious as to how that is seen by the courts.

I have no legal acumen but if I were a judge in this case I would only say that Cliffs can not interfere with KWG's attempts of exploring and developing their mineral claims but go ahead with the surface usage as long as Ontario government is ok with it.
