Now that there uis a large percentage of FNs that speak english and also can translate with their own lawyers it is time to sit down anywhere they want and hash out a new deal canada wide. Call it Treaty 10 then have a FNs vote on it and never another complaint. Canada can stop the ancient bickering with a modern look at what is acceptable to every one or go to war with them again.
