I agree with your comment:

I thought the same when I read about the news of Bob Rae taking on the ROF as a full time duty.

Also, Luker posted the Michael Gravelle article which had the words:

The Minister expressed, “We are on the cusp of very exciting times"

Also, I think back to the phone interview Peter Marshall had with Paul Semple and the comment all is on schedule..
