First off...I will say ... I don't put in final judgement until I see the "end" result.
We don't have the end result.
I've been a technical sales person for 25 years. Most of you don't know what I sell, you don't know the difficulty of it..you don't know the massive work and hurdles I have to overcome just to bid a project. Unless you've done my job and follow me around like a shadow ...you have no way to properly evaluate me on any given day.
There have been many times in 25 years that you could have asked me, "what have you sold in the past 6 months." I would have told you...next to nothing.
You could have wondered how the hell someone would pay me the salary they did.....since you saw no immediate results.
What you didn't know is that I was busting my ass working on some very complex time consuming projects and what you didn't know was 3 months later I brought in two orders for a total of 6.5 million. I did this kind of stuff frequently.
You would have thought differently about me then.

I suggest some reading to give you a lift. For starters go to Sedar and read the recent Noront M&A dated July 15, 2013.
It may begin to change your opinion of the people running this company. i get it and I am giving them a standing ovation right now. I see the hard work and I know from 25 years of personal experience that results are NOT always immediate.
Noront has out foxed Ciiffs...plain and simple.
There is no other junior company on this planet that has given this much care, support, and respect to the aboriginal people. The fund raising, the mining camps, Mikawaa, Dare arts, the consulations and intent listening...I can go on and on.
So...
While Cliffs has temporarily delayed work on environmental assessment. ...Noront on the other hand did the heavy lifting early...and is sailing along.
Noront pushed for the EAST WEST route...for good reason...so the local native population had a means to get to the jobs.
The CANADIAN junior with beer bottle pockets was pushing for the more expensive route because it was fair and the right thing to do under the circumstances.
Champagne pocketed AMERICAN Cliffs pushed for the cheapest route possible. You would think that during the discussion of the WHY's of the EAST WEST route ..a light would go on in the Cliff head and they would realize this was the proper route AND the route of least resistence.
But, the King of the Ring knew the opponent well...knew the stubborn, inflexible mind could be used to the King's advantage.
The King will be first to mine.
Pay special attention to page 5 OF Noront's M&A July 15.
"Noront recognizes that Cliff's participation in building the NORTH SOUTH ROUTE is dependent of Cliffs proceeding with their CHROMITE project." (Chromite's currently all they got at the Rof folks)
From the M&A
Noront has included an alternative access route (east -west) in their EA, which the company believes is viable based on providing access infrastructure to local communities and having NORONT as the PRIMARY industrial user. The company is working closely with the provincial gov't , federal gov't and local communities to advance the east -west access corridor to the Ring of Fire.
Now here is where I want you to really pay attention in the M&A so I will put it in caps for you:
THE COMPANY'S STRATEGY IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE ITS PLANNED PRODUCTION DATE IS TO CONTINUE NEGOTIATIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS CONCERNING THE EAST-WEST ACCESS ROAD TO GARNER NECESSARY FINANCIAL AND NON-FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT THE EA BY THE FALL OF 2013 AND OBTAIN ALL REQUIRED MINING PERMITS; AND ENTER INTO FORMAL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS AND FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS IN ADVANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITMENTS FROM GOVERNMENT IN ORDER TO ALLOW PROJECT DEVELPMENT TO PROCEED.

On June 4 , Paul Semple mentioned Noront was ON SCHEDULE.
If you go back to Rosbg's post July 30 @ 5:56 pm ...you should take another look and give Rosbg a thumbs up like I did. The financing announcement based on the chart is to be out at any time now along with the partnership announcement. Please FOCUS on the words in the M&A of IN ADVANCE of Infrastructure.
You've been given a lot of Cliffs NOISE NOISE NOISE and you have not been paying close attention to the fact that someone has had approx. 7.5 million shares in increments over God knows how long recently transferred to their account... a wake up call of something coming.
You've been so pissed at the share price that you haven't been paying attention to the news quietly slipped in like this recent M&A that is giving you the clue that if you have any money to spend now is a darn fine time. IF you don't ...for God's sake don't give up now.
WE ARE ABOUT TO GET THE NEWS OF A PARTNERSHIP AND FINANCING>>>>>
Read the M&A...cut the Noront crew a bit of slack until you see some of the behind the scenes work reveal itself.
So, today, Babjak1 gives Noront a standing ovation not for the immediate sales income but for the master plan, hard work, good positioning and for making me realize that the words of "Noront will be first to mine" spoken by Wes Hanson a few years ago...look more and more like a reality.
I wait with knife and fork in hand ..a bib around my neck and lick my chops at the tasty meal that is cooking in the oven.
