Ingrid: An outstanding post! Excellent lateral thinking. I'm thinking that BAO can play their cards now: --further investment to match RFC : buy PRB's chromite; jv's with CLF ? (if necessary)for cr and smelter; and Ont/KWG/Feds for rail and ports(Churchill+ TBay). Integrated steel making for Asia.Pacific and Europe. Billions in investment and it fits Canada's northern strategy. IMO. Peter
