Fair opinion (a * from me) but I still hold out for the power line to Pickle Lake being well ahead as the reason.
My reasoning, and perhaps many investors likewise, is that with this line being announced that the Provincial government has not forgotten the Ring, they are just slow to deliver ( 2017 for completion?!?).
Further on that thought, the power line to the Ring is soon to follow. With it must be the road. Very logical as I see it, though darn TOO slow.
