I also would like to add that Cliffs does not want a delay as well. Cliffs has to have a direct road. Noront doesn't. Noront can exist with alternatives and probably will progress IF there is no progress due to courts. Got to have somewhere for all those newly trained people to work. All-season roads on the E/W corridor will be built soon. They are needed even without any mines.
