The ontario government delaying the construction of the E/W road would throw a kink into that time line, so in that situation you would reconsider? I would not, definitely NOT. One of the reasons for government's delay could be lack of commitment of funds and them wanting the potential companies that would use the road to pay for part of the cost. I would be against that payment because the cost is to be covered by taxes that the government will collect during the life time of the road. Finally, roads are Ontario's responsibility. I pay taxes for them to be responsible for that aspect and those taxes are not just for maintenance. Otherwise it would be double taxation.
