Just to answer the question "WHY is the SP so low"

Because hardly any retail and early SHs have sold out

How else are the newcomers supposed to get the deciding shares in a company but to double the OS and take the company by dilution.

And do you think they would like to pay $5 each.

The SP would be $8 if they owned the company and wanted to sell the shares to retail.
