Message: Canada Chrome's Rail Route

Hi Laura,

Okay, I'm looking at the Intierra claim map of the ROF. It's a couple years old at least. But looking at it again, I don't see how the western CCC claims manage to get around that big JV claim block that is JV'd by Temex & KWG. As far as Canterra goes, the western route does at the very least run beside the Canterra Rainy Mtn claims, south of the ROF. The Temex-BMK JV surrounds the CCC claims as it enters the the ROF from the south according to this map.

I do not have any claim numbers on this map and without the actual proposed rail route, I cannot confirm anything. Just saying what it appears to be on the Intierra claim map.

Perhaps, if it's available somewhere, someone could post the CCC claim map on here. I looked on KWG's and could not find it. I'd like to know for sure whose claims may also affected by the proposed rail route, whether it's built or not.

Laura, I was by no means in any way, defending Cliffs or Bill Boors position. Just trying to figure out why Boors said they'd have to deal with a number of companies.

respectfully,

strato
