Really like the fact that a director is buying on the open market, as it gives hope that something good is perhaps going to happen in the near future. My only question is- how long before an uptick can an insider buy and not be accused of insider trading? Or is there any regulations about this? Can anyone enlighten me as I just don't have any knowledge about the subject. Thanks in advance.
