In fact, just by the offhand way Coutts mentioned that it would be out on the 20th, might suggest there is little of importance to be had from it.

As I understand an EA, it will have to deal with the viability of a transportation route, and a solution to whatever problems they will encounter in the creation of this route.

It will also have to project some solution, and the cost involved, to fulfill FN claims within the area.

I see little, if any, progress on either of these fronts, at least in the public eye. It is going to take some drastic movement on one or both of them before we can expect sp to return to .60 and beyond.

There is one business week left in 2013, after which time CLF is officially closed out in Ontario. I expect this has caused any recent forward movement to be back at stage one.

I would love to be totally wrong, and have been before.
