I have trouble getting excited about the signing of a "framework Agreement". It seems to simply mean that the nine bands have agreed to start with a negotiation process to see how many jobs or how much money they can get. While I don't fault them for that, Native groups sign many agreements that end up meaning nothing. Will the nine still agree 6 months from now? Perhaps it is better then nothing being signed, I hope?
