As I recall Howath said she would consult with the people for their inputs at leats for a week, or 2, (presumably, before proposing any amendments), and debates...and then vote on the budget (admended or not), unless the Lib wants to speed up the process by limiting the debate. Not sure if the Lib wants to do this though, since putting too much restraint on the debate may not sit well with Horwath, who could trigger an election. But, may be Wynne wants an election, with her current platform. Revelation will come tonight, after market close.
A guess: Around Victoria Day, may be before, we'll know if the budget and the current Lib government will survive.
Just speculating.
