Ms Wynne is in a good position presently. If there is too much hassle and objection from the NDP, she can walk down the hall at a moments notice to the 'Speakers' office and say there is "no confidence" in her budget..The Speaker will grant her an Election.

It's as easy as that and I think this will happen if the NDP push for too much.
