Not so much that KWG broke the rules, because they are entitled to try whatever BUT it was the Ministries of Natural Resources and Northern Development and Mines that did with respect to the Mining act. Who else should know and apply the rules as they should be? Were they paid under the table?
As for Cliffs doing it wrong in court, Bravo. Two mistakes do not make right.
Yes KWG is a good investment and they should and could build the railway, but through proper procedures.
I hope for a change in Ontario government who will rescind those claims instead of dragging it through all levels of courts. It looks like the Liberals w'ont because too much egg on their face.
