im going to that in hopes of a question and answer period where i can chew horwaths butt off for not oking the budget and try to find why wynne is after the feds without an outright plan to offer...like i say cart is in front of the horse..let it play out deloitte to development corp. to the feds....gl....ken.....( its worth 45 bucks grrrrrrrr...)
