My opinion... We are not a company that can be bought because of the deals made with FN and Bao and RCF. When negotiating with one group and someone new comes in all has to be redone. A change of one or two people can happen but a total plan change would put everything back to begining. After a mine has been commissioned then new owners can get a hold of profits or increase efficiency.
