noront has a proposed e/w route for a road....kwg has a slightly modified version of an e/w road and the good old n/s route road....now you will have to wait until deloitte proposes there version of it after an in depth unbiased opinion of the best route to take ...could be different all together...in the wise words of sum we wait to see......gl.....ken
