Goodheart, You may be absolutly right in your thinking or you may be wrong. I personally agree with your thoughts and reasons and I also voted NO for the super share as yes it is somewhat like a reverse split which is a losing proposition as far as I'm concerned. I do like the fact however that a shareholder can choose whether to keep ones regular shares or go for the 50 to 1 supershare and also to be able to switch back and forth. The only advantage that I see is that on paper it will possibly look much better to future investors to buy into a company with lets say 15 million outstanding shares vs. a 750 million share volume. It is all just a perspective on how you look at it. As far as the financing cost of a buyout that number is the same no matter how many shares there are and this sale value will be divided proportionally no matter which type of share one owns.
