There seems to be lot of different interpretations regarding KWG's reorganization,

is it a reverse split or something more positive. I will let it rest.

However it would be extremely educational to observe reverse split proposed at GNH.

They are proposing issuing one new share for 30 old. Name change will be required.

I think GNH is trading @ .01 cent. GM is on June 30/14. If GNH stays at 1 cent and

reverse split is approved it should open @ $.30.

95 % of these splits result ( barring bulish news) in shares drifting down towards the

original level.I will revisit development at GNH from time to time.

For disclosure i never owned or do I now own GNH. Lot of Noront investors have.

BTW, GNH will go from 141 Million share to 4.7 Million shares issued.
