There are THREE things I find ridiculous.

(1) the fact that tax payers partially fund CBC unlike their competitors.

(2) the fact that CBC in the subject title of this "story", ..wrote:

'Ridiculous' to compare northern Ontario mineral find to the Alberta oil sands, expert says

EXPERT????

EXPERT ...SAYS?????

So,....Jody Porter, from CBC news ..refers to Northern Miner newspaper editor John Cumming ......as an "expert" in the ROF....

A fricking editor of a newspaper ..is an expert???

When you look at the varied talent and brains and backgrounds that contributed to the Ontario Chamber of Commerce 2014 report 'Uncovering the economic potential of Ontario's Ring of Fire".....these are the folks to listen to..these are your experts.

Looking at Jody Porter of CBC news....hmmmm. Not much of an expert there..either...

When I peek into her linked in account...the woman worked 5.5 years in a 15 year period.

3 different places in a 5.5 year period...with a 10 year employement gap. Doesn't suggest a superstar type of expert here ...either....

Something else bugging me...Her first place of employement was:Wawatay Native Communications Society ( a two year gig)

Wawatay Native Communications Society serves the communication needs of First Nations people and communities of Nishnawbe Aski Nation....
