In the process of "getting it right" everybody has gotten it wrong. The minerals will be there when they get it right, but there will also be disillusioned youth and investors. Those most affected are not being able to make use of the projects by those who are making the plans. 5 or 10 years will cause hundreds if not thousands of people to give up on those who are blabbing. Get er done and talk faster and make decissions without fretting about every persons acceptance. It won't happen.
