i am not sure why there are constant delays in developing the ring of fire. there are many jobs waiting for your decisions. there are many tax dollars that could put ontario into a leadership role within canada.
if you can get no conservative federal help then forge ahead with the blessing of the federal liberals who would love to embarrass their federal counterparts.
presently your policy is reminiscent of the play, 'en attendant godot'.
