Without hearing the exact quote from Bruce Jargo, I would have to disagree with what he is saying. As someone who works first hand in the mining industry, the RoF has not been forgotten. It is talked about on a daily basis by management and miners alike. Now, the news or thoughts are generally not positive, but to say it is forgotten is simply wrong. Daily discussions are not a 'non-issue'
