just tried to access not for quote and could not get it. bb was available.

told to contact them

did so and told there was a 'glitch' with the quote service and would be taken care of shortly. since we just had a phone call this am at 5:20 from the same bank saying our credit card had been compromised, i asked the rep how she could be sure it was just a small technicality.

the 5:20 call was a fraud but sleep was no longer there.

hopefully 'glitch' will be resolved
