For a simple minded person such as myself ( read it as you will ) it is almost impossible

to grasp a fact that FNs people would on one hand put up with long term boil water

advisory as well as sky-high living costs and on the other hand be resolved to slow down or

worse put on hold a huge, life changing development like ROF.

For me it just does NOT add up.
