Good post Been There. This remains the issue for KWG, what do they have that we need? Nothing. Some of the numbers being thrown around here are ridiculous, same goes for Noront. Currently we're worth what we're trading for, like it or not. Do I see a ton of room for growth? Gosh yes. Do I see the same for KWG? No, but there is still potential once they clean up the share structure mess.
Is KWG a takeover target for Noront? I doubt it, but if so, you need to ask yourself at what level were the bulk of the shares traded? That's what I find so unappealing about KWG, there is so much overhead at these levels. An offer, if one were to come, (I doubt it) could be far lower than anyone here expects, and it could stick. If anyone here thinks for a moment that Noront can't, or won't progress without KWG, they're fooling themselves. One needs not ask how Noront can benefit from a KWG purchase, but rather how KWG can sell themselves to a company who couldn't care less.
