Does anyone know who this Mr Bamford is?

Mr Bamford is a member of Timmin's counsil. Each area is championing

their own area and cause. So he is not an innosent bystander as such.

As much as I love to see Noront share price improve his words need to

be taken with a grain of salt. There will be many more proposals like the

one we just seen before some meaningful development beggins.
