Well no one will be funding the Eagle mine except Noront, so what is it all about?.

What could the Feds be funding with regard to the Eagle mine? I say zipo.

Must be just the taking of credit for Noront's efforts and making it look as they are making it happen. Maybe they already know that the permit for construction is about to be released.
